Terms and conditions

Below you will find our terms and conditions concerning delivery, modification or cancellation of order and claim on defective items. If you cannot find an answer to your question, please feel free to contact Speedtsberg customer service by mail info@speedtsberg.com or by tel. +45 7625 8888. Our product range is sold through retailers all over the world. Please contact us for more information.


Delivery & Payment

For your first order, we ask for prepayment. Afterwards, there will be standard payment terms (Net. 14 days). Our general terms of delivery are ex works. You have two options: We can ask our forwarding agent to deliver the order or you can arrange transport yourself. If our freight forwarder will be shipping your order, we will add freight charges to your invoice based on our current rates including all extra charges and customs’ clearing but excluding VAT.

Expedition fee

Orders under 300 EURO will be charged 15 EURO in handling fee. 

Environmental fee

All orders are subject to an environmental fee of 4 EURO.

Modification or cancellation of your order

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact Speedtsberg customer service tel. +45 7625 8888 or mail info@speedtsberg.com. However, changing or cancelling a current order must take place within 14 days from receiving the order confirmation. Please note, in case of cancellation later than 14 days, 20 percent of the order amount will be charged.


Right of return

For articles bought on the internet, you always have a right of return of two weeks. If you bought an article that you do not want anyway, you can send it back to us within 14 days. If you would like to return an article, it must be returned in the original cardboard box and in the same condition in which it was received. This means that the inner box must not have been opened.


Complaints, damaged goods and returns

As a customer of Speedtsberg, you always have 14 days to look through your goods for errors and defects. If there should be such, please contact customer service at info@speedtsberg.com. Remember to state the invoice or order number and item number, as well as a description of the complaint, maybe attached photo documentation.

Return transportation costs

If you use your right of return, transport costs must be paid by you and returned to:

Before returning goods to us, please always notify Speedtsberg customer service by mail info@speedtsberg.com.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice or order confirmation and remember to mark the parcel clearly with your company address. If you send back goods by post, please make sure to get a receipt to show that the parcel was returned within 14 days after receipt. If your goods have visible damage when delivered to you by the transport agent, it is important that you receive it and make a note on the transport document (waybill) that the goods were damaged on receipt. 


Customer data protection

In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we hereby inform you our customers that we have information about your store. This information includes the name of the company, name of contact person, e-mail, address information, phone no., CVR no., payment terms and your opening hours. 

What do we use your information for

  • Establishing new customer  
  • Order requests  
  • Complains and customer feedback  
  • Intern statistic and learning  
  • Customer events etc. 

This data gives Speedtsberg the opportunity to provide better customer service. Speedtsberg only uses information provided by the customer. Speedtsberg does not store your bank account number, payment card etc. 


Whom do we share your information with

The information is given to Speedtsberg internal departments and chosen, trusted, third parties, who use the information for the purpose of transport and customer service. 


How do we store your information

Speedtsberg keep your informations in five years in accordance with the requirements from Danish accounting legislation. The customers do always receive an order confirmation by e-mail. You always have the right to revoke your access to Speedtsberg b2b webshop. Please just give Speedtsberg the information. 


Customer data safety and protection

The customer data we use and process will be checked and updated continuously. Speedtsberg declines any liability for loss or damage, both directly and indirectly, arising from abuse of the customers' username and password, if Speedtsberg has not made this abuse due to negligent action.
